Shipping Policy

Novolta ships to mainland Portugal and the European Union via carrier (GLS/UPS). Shipments are not made to the Islands (Madeira and Azores).

Shipping costs (Mainland Portugal)

Standard orders (up to 5 kg): €4.99 — free shipping on orders of €50 or more.
Bulky or heavy orders (over 5 kg, e.g., NVR kits): €9.99.

European Union

From €14.90, calculated at the time of purchase.

Delivery times

Mainland Portugal, as a rule, 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation; European Union, 3 to 7 business days. Deadlines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

After dispatch, the customer receives the tracking number by email to track the delivery.

Loss or damage

Any anomaly must be reported to geral@novolta.pt as soon as possible after receipt.
